You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, safety, and system reliability across customer sites. Key Responsibilities - Carry out routine PPM in line with scheduled tasks and industry standards. - Respond effectively to reactive maintenance calls, breakdowns, and emergency situations.

You will help lead, drive and manage the internal team and externally be a customer success champion. Key responsibilities include: Being the first point of contact for handling and co-ordinating all customer service queries. Organising and communicating all aspects of the installation process.

You will report to the Project Manager and will assist our clients site supervisors by effectively communicating the project requirements.

You will be expected to proactively drive a strong health and safety culture and ensure that works you are responsible for are properly planned, programmed and resourced to achieve a successful delivery.

You will coordinate and lead a team of cleaners, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will support the training and induction of new staff and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

You must have the right to work in the UK
