Ideally you will have an NVQ level 3 or substantial experience of working in a similar environment

You will be part of a vibrant team of workers passionate about education and the role it can play in enabling adults to achieve. Development Workers have specific patches in the city and may also work within multi partner, city-wide projects where education has a role.
