You will play a vital role in increasing independence, improving wellbeing, and supporting recovery through trauma-informed social work practice. Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of vulnerable adults experiencing rough sleeping, some withplex needs. Conduct assessments and formulate support/enablement plans tailored to individual circumstances.

You will lead by example, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding and behaviour support while promoting a structured, trauma-informed and nurturing environment.

You will support staff development, oversee shifts and contribute to positive outcomes for children and young people.

You will be supporting service users in our Supported Living and Outreach service with day-to-day tasks, planning and working towards goals to promote independence. Our service users enjoy a range of activities including barbecues, cooking and board game nights! Support Worker Duties
