You will also be required to be on the on call rota. This position requires you to be police vetted prior to start. Your missionIn conjunction with common roles the Building Technician will have full responsibility for the Building fabric status of the site and carry out planned maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks as they occur across the site.

You will have the opportunity to use state-of-the-art engineering software for control and protection design and substation layouts.

You will also get to use leading-edge power system modelling software to run steady state and transient electrical studies, including short circuit studies, protection coordination and grid compliance studies for proposed renewable generation.
