You will have a degree in geology, engineering geology, environmental science or related subject

You must have experience of, and be confident in, managing and supervising ground investigation on site, including groundwater and ground gas monitoring and have the skills and knowledge to interpret data.

You will have 14 Supervisors reporting into you, with overall responsibility for the performance and wellbeing of approximately 40 delivery operatives working across the framework.

You will be a confident and capable people manager, able to motivate teams, manage performance and address issues constructively.

You will take responsibility for the delivery of electrical building services, including power, lighting, life safety, controls and specialist electrical systems. Working closely with clients, consultants and trade contractors, you will provide electrical leadership from design development through to commissioning and project close-out.

You will assist in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Support the management of steel works packages during preconstruction and construction phases. - Assist in reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for accuracy.
