You will be visible on the shop floor, supporting teams day to day by monitoring quality, coaching where standards are not being met, and helping embed best practice across production.

You will understand what good looks like on a factory floor and be confident working alongside production teams to maintain and improve quality.

You will also be responsible for driving improvements within your area of operation and improving department readiness. Proficient machine operation is essential to achieve given targets, whilst maintaining Health & Safety, Hygiene and Quality standards. How you’ll contribute to the mix:
