You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing.

You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients

You will ensure their safety and well-being by addressing safeguarding concerns and advocating for their voice in all decisions. Through collaboration with foster carers, schools, health professionals, and others, you will support their development.

You will attend multi-agency meetings, including Looked After Child (LAC) reviews, and ensure compliance with legal duties.

You will be undertaking support and supervision visits to provide placement management, planning, and intervention to ensure the children's care and development needs are met.

You will also need to be Social Work England Registered.

You must be at least 23 years of age. Driving Licence- Essential, manual, OR automatic

You will be supported in developing the service, contributing to positive outcomes for the children and young people and the service. Key Responsibilities - Direct Support: Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.
