You will play a key role in showing these students that there are adults out there that can be counted on, that the support is there and they can achieve what they set their mind to. You will join a fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic team of marketers.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Director as well as collaborating with the Marketing Managers for each show to ensure delivery of high quality and engaging social media content and strategy.

You will do this through conducting progressive visits (a mixture of remote video calls and face to face meetings at the learners’ workplace) with every learner each month - supporting, motivating, and encouraging them to achieve their qualification within the agreed timeframes.

You will work closely with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive atmosphere that promotes the well-being of every child.

You will work in partnership with an enthusiastic team consisting of a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, Senior Practitioners, Social Workers, Family Support Practitioners and Administrative staff. Family Support Teams, within the Safeguarding Outcomes Service

You will enjoy supporting a consistency of approach in the completion of support conversations, Care Act assessments and support plans leading to the commissioning of services to meet identified need where non-commissioned support, assistive technology, equipment, or wider community assets to ensure independence outcomes.

You will need strong organisation and administrative skills, a capacity to work well under pressure, and a desire to be a key part of a team who deliver services to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and their families. Good communication skills and an ability to use your own initiative to support the work of the team, are essential qualities.
