You will carry out timely reviews as required, ensuring ongoing support for patients.

You will need strong organisation and administrative skills, a capacity to work well under pressure, and a desire to be a key part of a team who deliver services to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and their families. Good communication skills and an ability to use your own initiative to support the work of the team, are essential qualities.
