You will be responsible for achieving positive change and improved outcomes, managing a busy and varied caseload by providing a statutory accountable social care service to those people who access or need the service.

You will be expected to work within organisational, policy and legislative requirements.

You will have excellent specialist knowledge of social work practice and expertise to take the lead in complex situations, with the support of our fantastic small practice teams.

You will work within a positive, nurturing environment where successes are celebrated and individuals within the team are supported to grow and develop.

You will also have the opportunity to expand your professional network as you collaborate with other professionals in the mental health trust in a friendly and encouraging team environment.

You will spend 2-3 days per week in our office at Chestnuts Day Centre, Bognor, while you might be required to travel across the county to complete assessments.

You will lead internal staffing teams, drive operational performance, maintain compliance standards, and help strengthen our regional client portfolio.
