You will have good organisational skills and be able to manage a caseload.

You will work within a consistent team to provide a safe, engaging, and supportive home environment. Your responsibilities will include:Clinical Support: Administering medication and nutrition via PEG feeding. Physical Assistance: Utilizing Moving and Handling equipment and techniques to ensure safety and comfort.

You must be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate an ability to work with different professional groups. It is desirable that the successful applicant should be able to demonstrate an interest in quality improvement work and change management.

You must have a working knowledge of HACCP, Health & Safety and COSHH procedures.

You must have the ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative, follow instructions and possess good communication skills.

You must also be able to respond constructively to unpredictable situations and able to cope under pressure.
