You will act as the primary technical point of contact for employees, diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT issues across hardware, operating systems, applications, networking, printing, email, video conferencing and cloud-based services.

You will join their established security team, supporting and operating a complex enterprise IAM environment. You'll work directly with core identity platforms including Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, and Privileged Access Management (BeyondTrust PRA), helping to ensure secure, reliable access across the organisation.

You will be adept in trouble shooting, communication, client liaison and management skills. The main responsibility of the role is to ensure the stability, performance and reliability of integration and enterprise systems across the client base.

You will create a case that is determined by the threshold on the platform which will be of a low, medium or high status.

You will act as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries across the business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys supporting users in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and takes pride in delivering a high level of service.

You must have solid experience of 365, Azure, AD, Networking
