You will be part of a multi-disciplined team of Engineers covering a 24hr operation, providing support to the site teams to ensure compliance with company legislative requirements, educating, developing, and inspiring team members towards betterment and achievement.

You will drive Engineering activities towards world-class performance; make continuous improvement standard practice.

You will take ownership of customer projects from order through to installation, turning client requirements into engineered door solutions that can be manufactured, installed and signed off first time.

You will review customer specifications, drawings and contract documents and highlight any technical or scope issues.

You will have a track record of creating an environment of accountability through technical excellence, continuous improvement and delivery commitments with long-term technical strategy.

You will be managing several squads by overseeing the quality and timeliness of performance delivery of software solutions from all team members.

You will collaborate with cross‐functional teams to design, develop, and implement mechanical systems for municipal water and wastewater projects. The role demands strong technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem‐solving, and the ability to manage mechanical aspects of projects from design through to completion.
