You will be supporting the Cost Management Team on projects, ensuring they are delivered to the right scope of time, quality and budget; on design preparation, reports, and contract documents; and when liaising with Clients and Contractors.

You will direct your management staff to ensure that each project is delivered to the highest standards in the most cost and time efficient manner possible.

You will also require the ability to understand and resolveplex problems in the fast-paced environment of the construction fit-out sector.

You will manage client expectations, sit on tender and progress meetings, work closely with design andmercial teams, and ensure each project is carried out to the highest standard and quality, while ensuring safe practices are maintained by your site teams.

You will be able tomute to the office in County Down and travel if required (no overnights).
