You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer requirements and industry standards. You will create and customise business process flows, forms, reports, and update configurations.

You will work to diagnose and fix issues in the system, so good problem-solving skills will be essential. We are looking for a candidate with effective communication skills with experience working in an in-house development team.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across healthcare, education and care, as well as collaborating with a large national sales team to extract insight and build winning propositions.

You will also oversee a Tender Co-ordinator and take responsibility for developing the bid function, strengthening systems, processes and the bid library to ensure long-term success.

You will monitor goods delivered from approved suppliers and against agreed specifications to meet the requirements of legislation, 3rd party standards, customers and the business. Support will be provided to maintain, deliver and develop related procedures, systems and supplier audits to ensure compliance with business and standards such as those required by the British Retail Consortium Group.

You will be responsible for strengthening our Bid Library, including case studies and boilerplate content, ensuring we are better prepared for future tenders. In addition, you will support the review and drafting of contracts for new customers and renewals, working alongside finance to ensure compliance and accuracy.

You will be provided with full training and development to give you every opportunity for success. The RoleAs a key member of the Customer Support team you will be responsible for supporting the Customer Support Department with various administrative tasks.

You will handle a variety of customer related administrative duties and must do this in line with the Data Protection Act.
