You will lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of construction professionals, subcontractors and suppliers, guiding them through all stages of the build.

You will uphold the highest levels of quality and compliance throughout the construction process, ensuring all works meet both industry regulations and internal standards.

You should have solid experience with CRM software (C4C training will be provided), MS Office (particularly MS Excel). - An understanding of basic design software would be an advantage although not necessary as training will be provided for our in-house 3D design software. - To be able to build genuine confidence and trust using excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.

You will oversee all UK legal matters, ensuring the organisation operates in full compliance with applicable laws, FCA regulations and internal policies. Your work will span a wide range of corporate, commercial, compliance and litigation matters.

You will also provide guidance on UK corporate governance, light company secretarial duties and regulatory compliance.
