You will be confident in handling a variety of ad hoc tasks, adhering to engineering standards and Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements, while delivering exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities * Respond promptly and effectively to all building fabric-related issues and help desk requests.

You will be responsible for ensuring all survey jobs are registered, fieldwork undertaken, processed, compiled, and checked prior to deliverables being issued to the recipients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Assistant Engineering Surveyors are trained and competent in carrying out the compilation and checking of survey jobs.

You will manage projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: * Manage multiple mechanical projects simultaneously, ranging in value from £100k to £2M. Lead project teams and subcontractors, ensuring effective coordination and communication.

You will play a key role in transforming the carbon and climate change ambitions of key clients into real actions, whilst we help you to develop essential skills for building future-proof organisations in line with the ISEP Sustainability Skills Map.
