You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that electrical designs meet both functional and safety requirements, while also adhering to project timelines and budget constraints. At Osbit we encourage all engineers to spend some time installing and commissioning the products they have designed.

You will ensure that tool and machine setting, production efficiencies and quality are carried out to a high standard in line with the production plan, health and safety obligations and all manufacturing objectives.

You will act as the technical lead on mechanical design activities, working closely with cross-functional teams including electronics, manufacturing, supply chain, and project management.

You will be responsible for: Providing a quality HSE service to the business ensuring the health, safety and welfare of all employees, customers and contractors in adherence to set timelines. Carry out HSEQ reviews and audits. Ensuring safe systems of work. Promote best practice / positive safety culture within the workplace and ensure compliance with company policy / systems / legislation.
