You will be involved in the design process at all stages, supporting design reviews and manufacturing queries, reporting into the Technical Lead or Equipment Project Manager.

You will have the opportunity to lead on packages of work, manage deliveries and assign work to senior design engineers.

You will also collaborate closely with our Bristol team, working alongside passionate engineers, scientists, and other departments such as Quality and Field Testing.

You must have a strong understanding of embedded systems and real-time operating systems. This technical expertise should also be coupled with team lead /management expertise. You may already be well established in a management role or you might be an ambitious Senior level Engineer with some significant team lead expertise under your belt.

You will be involved in: - Responsible for the verification and validation activities on real-time systems application software - Taking requirements, developing them into robust test cases, preparing and executing tests, capturing data, and delivering actionable feedback to project teams

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and UX/UI, to ensure that our software solutions meet business and customer needs.

You will be responsible for driving culture through your craft and be keen to take on line management responsibilities.
