You will take ownership of the delivery of key project workstreams.

You will also be responsible for the management, growth, and mentorship of junior team members, while actively engaging with clients to ensure project delivery within established timelines and budgets, and to effectively navigate any changes that may arise.

You will work closely with clients, project teams, and external stakeholders, delivering high-quality advice and practical solutions. You should be a qualified professional with HNC/HND/Degree or Masters in a relevant subject (e.g., civil engineering, transport planning) Desirable to be member of Professional Body, such as ICE or CIHT.

You will work independently and proactively on technical aspects from a projects inception, determining client briefs, to the delivery and close out of projects in accordance with best practice.

You will instruct, supervise and mentor junior staff in the design and management of schemes and work with clients to ensure delivery of projects to time and cost, and to help manage change.

You will take individual responsibility for a range of project types, manage them independently and be the clients main point of contact.

You will lead independently and proactively on technical aspects including preparing designs, specification, technical approval submissions, site supervision and will be fully conversant with industry design standards.
