You will build strong relationships with clients, manage their recruitment needs, and help supply quality candidates to meet their workforce demands. Role Overview - Recruitment Consultant: In this role, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, building relationships with clients, and sourcing high-quality candidates to meet the needs of a variety of sectors.

You will act as a critical bridge between innovation, customer value realization, and our customers’ IT Teams.

You will sell to one to two decision makers and will be expected to demo our software and manage the entire sales cycle through first contact to the final close. Leads will be passed from marketing but the expectation will be that, by a combination of networking, cross-selling, upselling and cold-calling you will generate further new business leads yourself.

You will be responsible for planning, validating, and ensuring quality of the overall technical sales efforts in the region and your team will be working with some of the largest customers in the area. This leader will be responsible for developing a team, covering activities for lead generation, technical sales, demos, and proof of concepts.
