You will lead the finance function across UK and offshore entities, managing a small team, and reporting directly to the Managing Director. Your remit will span financial reporting, statutory accounts, VAT, CIS, compliance, and strategic planning. You will be fully adverse at all stages of a Data Centre construction.

You will be able to mentor, guide and develop teams.

You will take P&L reporting into the Board.

You will have the desire and ambition to make this your own and to drive the full scope and opportunities through your team.

You will personally review, reconcile, and finalise the financial outputs, ensuring deadlines are met and the board receives timely, accurate information to drive key business decisions.

You will report directly to the board of directors and work closely with the property management and development teams to maintain full financial control of all ongoing projects, investments, and operations.

You will be joining our energetic, highly motivated, dynamic & passionate team of 60 people. You are expected to be proactive, motivated and a team player with an excellent communication skill. The successful candidate will also have opportunities to progress in their careers.

You will also be a supportive and consultative manager to theHor Finance Assistant reporting into this role.

You will work closely with the Fundraising team, and with the Education Programmes teams.

You will then have all the information you need to finalise your formal application.
