You will work towards achieving 100% in supervision and appraisal, and in mandatory training on your unit as you will oversee the recruitment, selection, appraisal and development of staff.

You will plan and deliver the annual work placement programme, grow a network of host companies, and promote opportunities to pupils and alumni.

You will also manage our online mentoring platform and collaborate with the Stowe Futures team to support careers education within the School.

You will work directly with pupils aged 7 to 18, supporting their learning, communication, and emotional development, particularly for those with special educational needs. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and resilient, ready to make a lasting impact on students' lives.

You will be expected to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring that all students-regardless of ability-are supported to achieve their full potential. This includes adapting lessons to meet the needs of learners with SEND, providing differentiated activities, and monitoring progress through effective assessment and feedback.

You will be working alongside the clinical teams at Badby Park to care for people with neurological illnesses, acquired brain and spinal cord injuries, where you will deliver person-centred care where each individual is at the heart of everything you do.

You will support learning activities, reinforce classroom instruction, and help students develop effective study skills, organisation, and positive behaviour for learning.

You will lead group therapeutic group sessions, helping people develop and improve their speech and communication.
