You will be provided with resources and strategies to support learners, behaviour management training, group and 1:1 training from qualified, experienced passionate staff.

You will be required to run an after-school club once a week until 4.30pm and attend a departmental meeting once a week.

You must be suitably qualified for the position advertised and be prepared to attend a face to face interview with Axcis to demonstrate your suitability for this role. Salary / Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.

You will need to have a well-organised approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on your own. Brookside is a modern residential care home for adults with disabilities, set in a leafy area of Edgware, north London. The service takes a person-centred, flexible approach to ensure residents have control and choice over their care.

You will work with small groups and some individual pupils throughout the morning who are working below the expected level or at expected level but have the potential to achieve greater depth.
