Provide 1-2-1 support to young people, assisting with independent living skills and maintaining records.

You will provide essential support to children with a range of additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum, build confidence, and thrive in school. What You'll Do:Support pupils with SEN, ASD, PMLD, and complex needs in classroom and 1:1 settings. Implement learning activities and support the teacher in delivering lessons.

You will help support the students with different forms of learning, including cooking, swimming, sensory play and physical activities.

You will also help with personal care and mobility support, and also provide emotional support to all the students. The school are looking for a bubbly and vibrant Teaching Assistant, with a passion for special educational needs.

You will help the child to remain focused, regulate emotions, and access learning within the classroom. This role will suit a proactive and resilient individual who can build positive relationships, follow behaviour support plans, and work collaboratively with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support staff.
