You will be required to learn the gentleman’s care needs in hospital with support from the hospital ventilation team and the Nurse Manager for Onecall24 Healthcare, where full training and support will be giving before our client is discharged home.

You will be fully supported at all times by our qualified Nurse Managers, that oversee all Onecall24 Healthcare packages of care.

You will be a key member of a supportive multidisciplinary team, helping individuals on their recovery journey through meaningful relationships and collaborative care. Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct nursing care to residents in line with professional standards and the home's policies and procedures.

You will be expected to participate in a minimum of 1 in 12 acute oncology service cover including weekend rounds and off‐site cover at night. On‐call duties are supported by an Oncology SpR. Appropriate dedicated specialist nursing and administrative and operational support will also be provided.

You will expected to provide Service Manager cover for each other in relation to planned leave.

You will need to be a strong leader who can demonstrate a passion for the creation of a highly aspirational service that has the potential to be a model of excellence through innovation and collaboration.

You will need to be capable of managing a high-volume activity, drive market growth in line with expectations and implement cross divisional strategy to capture new business growth.

You will be provided with a comprehensive induction and on-boarding programme, including full product training and will receive ongoing coaching and personal development.

You will manage all aspects of our homestay programme including creating and implementing recruitment plans and marketing campaigns, analysing data to maximize ROI, onboarding & coaching of recruiters, telemarketing and database optimization and providing service to our students & community of hosts.
