You will have the following qualifications and experience A strong background in managing building design on large, complex infrastructure or construction projects. Broad technical understanding of building design standards, construction methodologies and UK regulatory frameworks.

You will be the primary point of commercial contact on the contract/s assigned and will work closely and pro-actively with the other stakeholders at all levels and across all the teams within Nuclear New Build to ensure that the requirements of the individual contracts and their impact upon the overall SZC Project are successfully delivered.

You will play a key role in ensuring that works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the correct technical and quality standards.

You should be able to carry out setting out and engineering duties as directed by the Site Manager, ensuring works are delivered to specification and design.

You will have a SSTS card as well as ICE membership. Due to the nature of the role a full UK driving license is essential and the successful candidate will be happy to travel.
