You will work as part of the wider SLT Adult service, and the head and neck cancer/ENT multi-disciplinary teams, providing an excellent patient-centred service.

You will enable young people to achieve positive outcomes and independence by supporting the development of occupational performance skills, prescribing equipment, minor adaptations, and supporting within our Early Help model in the Transitions hub.

You will work closely with internal and external agencies and departments across all Adult Social Care.

You will join an experienced and highly motivated team in Bristol. Pay rate ranging between £20.00 - £25.00 P/H per hour depending on experience.
