You will lead the service team, oversee customer service interactions, train and develop staff, and organise schedules and workloads.

You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and compliant submissions to EMA and national authorities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead regulatory strategy development for new and existing products, including De-centralised/orphan and generic submissions.

You will demonstrate a pro-active approach to design development, working within a team environment from the project's inception through to its completion.

You will be tasked with the control of the complete design process involving the management of consultants, liaison with the relevant statutory and local authorities and other internal and external stakeholders as necessary.

You will provide leadership, oversight, guidance, training, and mentoring to your team on key project procedures and risk management to ensure successful project execution and delivery. Major Responsibilities:

You will act as the principal authority on environmental permitting, working closely with senior leaders, regulators, government bodies, and industry groups to ensure permits are secured, maintained, and aligned with long-term business and sustainability objectives.

You will alsohave the ability tomotivate and encourage staff and will be organised, methodical and used to overseeing working schedules.

You will demonstrate an excellent understanding of health and safety and actively promote a positive culture towards it throughout your role.

You will report into the Team Partners and work closely with Directors.
