You will be responsible for processing import and export shipments, ensuring compliance procedures are in place, managing export licenses and improving processes.

You will act as the vital link between operational requirements, third-party providers (including physiotherapy and diagnostics), and internal clinical leads.

You will be a primary point of contact for operational escalations, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to appointments and patient complaints.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations, developing and implementing policies and procedures, completing all required risk assessments and conducting site inspections. Assisting with developing, implementing and maintaining management systems.
