You will work as part of the portfolio’s senior leadership team alongside Cumbria-wide colleagues and project managers, to help inspire your team, as well as with wider collaborators and external partners to restore nature across the Lakes.

You will take full responsibility for commercial performance, leading a commercial team and working closely with operational leaders to maximise margin, manage risk, improve cash flow and ensure strong governance across tendering, contracts, change control and supply chain activity.

You will be joining a high-performing Project Controls function that takes pride in accuracy, integrity, and proactive support to project leadership. Working on large, complex engineering programmes, you will lead the integration of planning, cost control, estimating, risk management, change management, and reporting to provide a complete, reliable view of project performance.

You will have the following qualifications & experience: * Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related discipline.
