You will play a key role within the commercial team, gaining comprehensive exposure to all stages of the project life cycle. You will take full commercial responsibility for projects from pre-contract through to final account. Working closely with our project managers, youll ensure every pound is tracked, every risk is managed, and every opportunity to add value is seized. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively manage the projects finances to ensure client satisfaction while maximising profitability.

You will be an expert in product handling and will constantly strive to improve the customer journey through delivering exceptional visual execution and a high level of customer service. Supporting the Product and Commercial Manager to develop the team and maintain operational standards, and in turn generating outstanding sales, all round KPIs and high performing teams.

You will be trusted to ensure the health and well-being of residents by creating a safe and supportive environment that will enhance their quality of life.
