strategy director jobs in County Durham

You will oversee the delivery of the Trust's strategy, fulfil assigned objectives within the business plan, and actively support colleagues in achieving theirs.

You will ensure legal and statutory compliance and uphold the highest standards of transparency and accountability.

You will have a demonstrable track record nurturing senior relationships within complex organisations, and of growing revenue within your account base.

You will have demonstrable experience managing top-tier clients, including maintaining relationships with senior executives

You will be hard-working and resilient, with skills managing cross-functional engagement teams

You will work alongside the existing management team to help grow and develop the practice in a positive way. This role would suit an experienced all-round candidate, previous managerial work would not be essential.

You will need to be a qualified Veterinary Surgeon with RCVS registration to apply to this role.

You will oversee a portfolio of key client accounts while leading, mentoring, and supporting a small team of Account Managers, acting as a senior escalation point and trusted advisor both internally and externally. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for the performance, growth and long‑term success of your client portfolio and team.

You will have an abundance of experience in the printing industry, along with high levels of motivation and ambition.

You must be a master organiser, communicator and leader, with a superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles. The ideal candidate for this role will go above and beyond to develop innovative solutions that push boundaries.
