You will have demonstrable experience of liaising with multi-disciplinary teams, developing and auditing various care and/or support plans, risk management, people management, and developing close links in the local community, promoting the service and the organisation.

You will be responsible for managing our Housekeeping and Facilities teams over a cluster of 4 buildings (with the potentail of this number growing) to maintain a well-kept, safe, secure, compliant, and efficient environment across a cluster of properties, with support from the Team Leaders.

You will join an enthusiastic and growing team with the goal of expanding our presence in the industrial refrigeration sector through a consultative, technical, and customer-focused approach.

You will have a leading role in setting the strategy and plans for developing Industrial Refrigeration business in UK & Ireland.

You will be the lead Estimator, supported by an Estimating Assistant, and will play a central role in shaping tender strategy and supporting the continued growth of the company. They deliver high-quality build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects across a range of sectors including commercial, industrial, residential, public environments, and more.

You must also be able to demonstrate your experience of improving outcomes, and successfully initiating, implementing and delivering substantial transformational change programmes through visible leadership.

You will be required to join the Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme Update check prior to commencing employment with Midlothian Council, the cost of which will be met by you.
