You will be part of a collaborative team responsible for Landing Gear Static and Fatigue strength covering continued airworthiness and root cause investigation of in-service and manufacturing issues and also including certification of new developments and modifications on all commercial aircraft.

You will work independently on ongoing stress and structural tasks , providing expert analysis and guidance to the engineering team.

You should be proactive, able to work independently, and skilled at applying advanced analysis methods to ensure the safety and reliability of critical components.

You will be supporting a wide range of programmes from in-service support, new build, and future programmes.

You will also be building and maintaining Finite Element Analyses (FEA) models to extract stresses to be used in the justification of the components.

You will be undertaking a broad range of mechanical assessments, including linear, non-linear finite element analyses.
