You will report to the Technical Engineering Manager and alongside the Design team you will be expected to generate production ready designs and help ensure the smooth running of the department.

You will ensure that new products are designed and developed within the agreed timescales and to the standards expected.

You will be responsible for creating innovative, efficient, and cost-effective designs for renewable energy projects. You will act as the technical authority on projects, guiding our Sales Engineer on what's achievable and managing the 3D print team to deliver on time and to specification. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing mould tools, patterns, or similar tooling applications, and understands the practical realities of taking a design from screen to finished product.
