You will be office based, working under the guidance of Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineers to turn their 2D concepts into 3D Revit models for building services and MEP systems. This role is 100% CAD focused and will see you working across a broad range of projects the company are servicing.

You will be expected to check and amend designs and mentor junior team members. As a Revit MEP Technician you will be expected to complete electrical and mechanical designs for major residential, commercial, healthcare, leisure and retail schemes using Revit.

You will also be required to complete; - 3D design of Mechanical, Electrical and Public services.

You will be responsible for producing detailed mechanical designs and specifications, supporting the delivery of projects to agreed time, cost, and quality targets.

You will work closely with other engineering and design disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery and will regularly use AutoCAD, Revit, IES, and Amtech as part of the design process.

You will be office based, working under the guidance of Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineers to turn their 2D concepts into 3D Revit models for building services and MEP systems. This role is 100% CAD focused and will see you working across a broad range of projects the company are servicing.

You will be involved from early concept design work through to installation support, working closely with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. • Producing mechanical (and some electrical) building services layout drawings using AutoCAD 2D and Revit. • Designing HVAC, heating, ventilation, domestic water and drainage systems.
