You will provide an effective and efficient service assisting in timely and accurate submission of the Individual Learner Record (ILR) monthly funding returns and the set-up and maintenance of the curriculum offer.

You will have experience of using Microsoft Office packages, in particular Word, Excel, and Outlook, teamed with excellent customer service and effective communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience of using Microsoft Teams will also be an advantage.
