You will deliver hands-on teaching and workshops in our fully equipped kitchens and hospitality suites, and support apprentices across programmes including Commis Chef, Production Chef Apprentices to help them develop the essential knowledge, skills and behaviours aligned to their apprenticeship standards.

You will provide targeted support, implement behaviour strategies, and collaborate with teaching staff and support teams to foster positive educational experiences. This role requires resilience and a clear understanding of safeguarding, making it ideal for passionate individuals ready to make a difference.

You will collaborate with teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams to deliver tailored interventions that build confidence, resilience, and the skills students need to succeed in their GCSE studies.

You must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service Minimum Level 3 qualification in Education, Psychology, Health and Social Care, SEN, Behaviour Support, or related field (desirable).
