You will play a key role in discharge planning, mobility assessments, and promoting patient independence and safety. Key Responsibilities - Assess, treat, and manage patients with acute and complex conditions - Work across acute medical, surgical, and elderly care wards - Contribute to discharge planning and onward referrals

You will be responsible for appropriate medical supervision, injury prevention and first aid working alongside a team of experienced and dedicated coaches, as part of team moving the club forward.

You should have significant post graduate experience with previous clinical experience in Orthopaedics.

You will be clinically responsible for rotational staff, support worker staff and students, inducting, training and managing staff daily.

You will lead in service development and service change within the team.

You will be appointed on the bank on the same band as your current substantive post if you are in a Physiotherapist role.

You must provide only one reference on your application. This should be your current line manager from your substantive post within NHS Ayrshire and Arran.

You will be appointed without an interview, subject to a satisfactory reference.

You must confirm your attendance to interview as soon as possible, failure to do so will result in your interview being cancelled. If you have not been contacted within 4 weeks of the closing date you should assume you have not been shortlisted.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.

You will also be prepared to mentor students from universities throughout the year, where opportunities arise.

You will have a Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy and be HCPC registered. For this role, we offer a salary of up to £45,000 FTE (pro rata to days worked), depending on experience/seniority and qualifications.
