You will be responsible for providing care to students during school, and feed in directly to the assistant head of years/head of years to ensure that student care provision is being carried out.

You will also be responsible for student supervision at break and lunch times.

You will be put onto all of the same CPD as permanent staff members, and encouraged to grow.

You should be able to offer information on all enquiries (internal and external) both basic and complex queries from students and departments who have concern about students.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and assisting students with their queries and concerns. Your attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our administrative processes.

You will be at the forefront of handling all welfare concerns, providing essential one-on-one pastoral support, and managing cases for a diverse range of students, including those with health and SEND requirements. A key part of the job is creating and monitoring support plans and ensuring the safeguarding of all students in line with policy.
