You will follow a curriculum including Math’s and English, devised by the College for you to teach and adapt in your style.

You will be working on a 1-1 basis with the student in the community, safeguarding and risk assessment is an important part of the role keeping everyone safe and managing behavior is a desired skill to have for this role.

You will be required to deliver tuition sessions to help these students gain the confidence and attainment levels required in order to gain the qualifications needed to get them to return to further education.
