You will work as part of a small shift maintenance team but also be expected to work independently.

You will have the support of on-shift supervision to provide technical guidance, define priorities, and assign additional resource as required.

You will provide commercial support concerning financial and contractual matters arising through the management of our client project.

You will enjoy the challenges of the project just starting construction, monitoring execution to tight deadlines, identifying Wood entitlement and managing performance within budgets.

You will be given exposure to work which will develop your skills and experience to allow you to progress your career further. The vast majority of our Engineering Managers and Directors are home grown talent - so that could very well be you in the not too distant future.

You will have demonstrable knowledge & experience in the development and delivery of large EHV cable projects, safely to time and to budget, working with National Grid, SSE, SPENW and similar Cabling Transmission and Distribution Network Operators. This position will be based across site locations in Scotland, United Kingdom.
