You will be joining a committed team of practitioners within the Adult curriculum area of Access to Higher Education. The team are committed and driven to ensure the best experiences are given to the learners through innovative teaching and learning in a well - resourced College.

You will deliver tailored 1:1 sessions, helping pupils develop confidence, structure, and academic skills through a supportive and engaging approach. A flexible, therapeutic teaching style is often required to re-engage pupils with learning. Tutors will also be expected to complete weekly progress reports to track development and outcomes.

You will learn industry-recognised methodologies, including business process modelling, stakeholder analysis, and requirements engineering, while building practical experience with real-world case studies.

You will learn how to assess and control risks, understand legal responsibilities, and investigate incidents. Step 2 – NEBOSH General Certificate Build on your foundation with the NEBOSH General Certificate, the gold standard for health and safety professionals. Suitable applicants must possess a relevant Degree or equivalent qualification to at least Level 6, a Teaching Qualification to the required national standards and hold a Level 2 qualification in Mathematics and ITQ or have a willingness to work towards the qualifications in a timely manner.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.

You will learn industry-recognised methodologies, network security, threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response, while building practical experience with Live Labs.

You will also be assigned an expert tutor and a support mentor who will work with you 1-2-1 or in group sessions to provide additional training and support. Once the HTML & CSS courses are complete, your trainer will move you forward to the next stage.
