You will focus on high-risk activities such as heavy lifts, earthworks, poor ground conditions and working at height. This is a client-side Construction Management assurance role, ensuring the main works contractor are delivering the assets as per contract, standards, design, safely and to the desired quality.

You must have as a minimum CSCS and SMSTS safety certs.

You will be required to liaise with the Sub Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant and materials to carry out works activities to the required standards, programme and budget.

You must hold the following competencies: CSCS White, White-Yellow, Red - Experienced, Black - Manager or Gold - Supervisor

You will support the production of programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans, and contribute to forecasting, ensuring the engineering team has the correct and up-to-date information required to perform their duties effectively.

You will be required to report to the Sub Agent and supervise the site engineering team from construction to close out.
