You will be based at Westlakes office with occasional site visits to Sellafield, Seascale and Cumbria. What you'll be doing As an Engineering Construction Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will manage commercial activities on complex industrial projects – such as power generation, water treatment, energy infrastructure and nuclear decommissioning.

You will be responsible for overseeing the timely execution and completion of both the pre-construction and construction phases of the project.

You will have ownership, responsibility, and accountability for the project, highlighting project risks, identify opportunities and mentor the continuous improvement initiatives in order to improve efficiencies.

You will be required to manage technical projects with a team of engineers involved in multi-disciplinary tasks and interfacing with other construction related disciplines.

You will inherit an exciting portfolio of work and future opportunities to develop and expand that team to deliver on projects helping to clean up the UK’s ever-expanding catalogue of nuclear facilities.
