You will be the senior commercial presence on the project, working closely with the Project Director and Project Manager, and acting as the primary commercial interface with the client, consultants, and specialist subcontractors. The role will be split between site in Berkshire and the companys W1 head office, offering both project focus and integration with the wider commercial leadership team.

You will have proven Surveying/Estimating project knowledge on residential and/or commercial projects together with relevant industry qualifications. - The successful applicant will be a team player, self-motivated and able to work using his/her own initiative. Experience of MS Excel and Word is essential.
