You will oversee the financial, contractual, and commercial elements of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer and regulatory standards. Working closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and the wider supply chain, you’ll provide expert guidance on cost control, contract administration, forecasting, and risk management.

You will have technical knowledge and an eye for detail, and will be responsible for managing all commercial activities from inception through to final account. Requirements of the Quantity Surveyor: Proven experience within the construction industry, ideally within high-end residential sectors.

You will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, and commercial reporting across multidisciplinary engineering projects, working closely with technical teams to manage interfaces and support successful project delivery.

You will seek to minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
