You will be caring, reliable and respectful, with a genuine interest in supporting others.

You will be comfortable using basic IT systems, willing to register with the SSSC, and able to join the PVG Scheme.

You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.

You will offer support and respite to carers.

You must have the ability to be mobile and flexible across the Falkirk Council area.

You will work on an as and when required basis.

You will be experienced in both staff supervisory responsibilities and be comfortable undertaking accounts payable duties.

You will be a friendly and professional communicator who can build relationships effectively.

You will have a hands-on team player attitude and be able to work efficiently from your own initiative.

You will handle a broad and stimulating caseload, with particular focus on commercial and property disputes, alongside involvement in inheritance and estate litigation. This is a dynamic and client-facing role where you will gain exposure to Sheriff Court, Land Court and Court of Session actions, as well as tribunal and inquiry work.

You will be expected to participate in quality improvement, evidence based practice and in-service training. The role will, involve the clinical supervision and appraisals of more junior staff, as well as undergraduate/pre-reg students.

You will be responsible for the overall supervision, quality assurance, monitoring, regulatory requirements, and day-to-day management of colleagues working within your team, therefore experience of leading and managing a team is required.

You will require strong leadership and facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership for the quality of care and support they deliver.
