You will have management supervision from a designated supervisor and be supported in your role with daily handovers, in house training and reflective practice sessions.

You will need to have relevant skills, experience and knowledge in dementia health.

You will be required to work a range of flexible shifts across the week.

You will handle telephone calls into the service, providing support and brief interventions to callers.

You will need to be able to think flexibly and adapt to the situation, offer appropriate advice, with empathy, compassion and expertise.

You should have good working knowledge of local statutory and non-statutory services.
